This general Data Processing Addendum information page applies where Audia Systems LLC processes data on behalf of a client or service relationship.

Roles

Depending on the service relationship, a client may act as controller, business, covered entity, research sponsor, or equivalent role, and Audia Systems LLC may act as processor, service provider, contractor, vendor, or equivalent role. Final roles depend on the written agreement and applicable law.

Processing Scope

Processing may include hosting, storage, retrieval, transformation, support, troubleshooting, analysis, reporting, security monitoring, deletion, export, and service delivery for the data categories described in the Privacy Policy or contract.

Instructions, Subprocessors, and Safeguards

Audia Systems LLC processes client data according to written instructions, service configuration, contracts, and applicable law. Subprocessors or service providers may be used for hosting, storage, communications, analytics, security, payments, or operations. Practical safeguards may include access controls, least privilege, encryption where applicable, logging, backups, and deletion controls.

Deletion and Export

Clients may request export, return, deletion, or assistance by emailing mail at baileygwyn.xyz or using the Contact or Support page. Requests are handled according to the contract, legal obligations, backup limits, and technical feasibility.

Jurisdiction-Specific Terms

Jurisdiction-specific privacy terms, international transfer terms, state privacy addenda, or regulated-data addenda may apply when required by law or by the applicable written agreement.
