This page is a starting point and information resource for organizations that may need a Business Associate Agreement tailored to a specific healthcare, research, clinical, or regulated workflow.

Starting Point, Not a Generic Agreement

Audia Systems LLC, DBA Bailey Enterprises provides a diverse range of services, technologies, research activities, consulting engagements, software platforms, prototypes, APIs, infrastructure services, and data-processing workflows. This page is a starting point and information resource; it is not a generic one-size-fits-all agreement and should not be treated as a downloadable BAA ready for signature without review.

Engagement-Specific BAAs

Because every client relationship, technical implementation, and regulatory obligation is unique, Business Associate Agreements are typically developed or modified to reflect the specific services, data flows, security requirements, compliance obligations, and operational responsibilities associated with a particular engagement. Audia Systems LLC maintains Business Associate Agreement templates for eligible healthcare, research, clinical, and covered-entity clients. Depending on the nature of the services being provided, additional provisions, security requirements, data-processing terms, or project-specific obligations may be incorporated into the final agreement.

  • Every client engagement is different.
  • HIPAA, privacy, security, retention, access-control, and data-processing obligations vary based on the services being provided.
  • A Business Associate Agreement may need to be customized to reflect the specific relationship, data types, regulatory requirements, technical architecture, and operational responsibilities involved.
  • Visitors should not assume a generic website BAA can simply be downloaded, signed, and relied upon without review of the actual engagement.

Before PHI Is Involved

Organizations seeking a Business Associate Agreement are encouraged to contact Audia Systems LLC before transmitting, storing, processing, or granting access to Protected Health Information (PHI) so that an agreement appropriate to the engagement can be prepared.

Do not submit PHI, medical records, clinical details, emergency information, or sensitive participant data through general website, contact, support, prototype, dashboard, or payment forms unless Audia Systems LLC has provided a dedicated secure workflow and the required agreement is in place.

No General HIPAA Claim

Audia Systems LLC does not claim that every website, application, prototype, API, dashboard, form, consulting engagement, infrastructure service, or general service is HIPAA compliant by default. HIPAA-regulated workflows require separate scoping, written agreement, appropriate controls, and, when applicable, an executed BAA before PHI is processed, transmitted, stored, or accessed.

BAA available for eligible HIPAA-regulated workflows means the workflow, controls, responsibilities, permitted uses, safeguards, breach notice, subprocessors, and data handling must be reviewed and agreed before PHI is involved.

Request a Tailored Review

To discuss a Business Associate Agreement tailored to your organization, workflow, compliance requirements, or project scope, please contact Audia Systems LLC prior to onboarding or exchanging regulated information.

Eligible healthcare organizations, covered entities, research groups, clinical partners, and regulated clients may request BAA review by emailing mail at baileygwyn.xyz or using Contact or Support. Include the intended workflow, data categories, systems involved, access needs, retention needs, compliance requirements, and project scope. Do not include PHI in general request forms.
